PROPERTY PROSPECTING NOTICE

– Residence –

The EU Delegation is looking for a property to lease and/or purchase as its official Residence located in area of Waterkloof in Pretoria which must be available for occupation from 1 June 2025.

• Size – interior usable surface of 600m excluding exterior surfaces (balconies, terraces, etc.), underground areas without natural light, technical rooms, guard houses and garages.
• Providing areas for:
  • representational activities for at least 26 guests for seated dinner events and 100 guests for standing events and
  • private use minimum 4 bedrooms (ideally 5) and family room.
