TERMS OF SECTION 6 OF THE LEGAL AID SOUTH AFRICA ACT 39 OF 2014

INTRODUCTION

Applications are requested for persons to serve as Non-Executive Directors of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid South Africa effective from 1 April 2025, in terms of section 6 of the Legal Aid South Africa Act 39 of 2014.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

Eligible persons, in terms of the requirements set out in the detailed advertisement, who wish to be considered for appointment as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Legal Aid SA, are invited to submit their applications by completing the online application form.
