The South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP), a statutory body established under the Quantity Surveying Profession Act (Act No. 49 of 2000), seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to establish, develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive Human Resource (HR) function.
