Composites Engineer
Minimum B-Eng/BSc Mechanical/Marine Engineering plus 5+ years of experience in the marine industry with practical sailing experience. Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks 3D CAD package (or similar), AutoCAD 2D CAD package (or similar) and MS Office package (especially Excel)
Systems Designer
Minimum B-Eng/BSc Engineering Degree with experience in yacht building. Experience in Solidworks (or equivalent) and Autodesk ACAD. Practical Sailing experience.

Senior Naval Architect
Naval architecture / Yacht design Degree or Masters with work experience in yacht building with 10+ years of experience in the marine industry. Practical sailing experience and Interest / background in product design is a plus. Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks (or similar), AutoCAD (or similar) and MS Office package (especially Excel).
