CALL FOR PROPOSALS

 Organisational Development Support for the Energy Efficiency Project Support Unit (EEPSU) for the Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings and Infrastructure Programme (EEPBIP)

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is seeking to appoint a qualified Contractor, with the required expertise and experience, to provide support on the following activities:

–           Process mapping of key project activities

–              Development of Standard Operational Procedures

–              Leadership and Team Building for EEPSU personnel

The overall aim of this activity is to support the organisational development of the Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings and Infrastructure Programme (EEPBIP) full staff compliment named the Energy Efficiency Project Support Unit (EEPSU) from August 2024. Due to the onboarding requirements and the limited programme time remaining, it is critical that organisational operational structures are established to effectively and efficiently implement projects activities.
